30-day returns — simple and fair

We want you to love your Christmas decorations. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

What can be returned

• Items in original, unused condition
• In original packaging (with tags still attached where applicable)
• Within 30 days of delivery

What can't be returned

• Final sale / clearance items (unless faulty)
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items damaged through use or poor storage

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@whitechristmasco.com with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Change of mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — items lost in return transit are the customer's responsibility until received by us.

How to start a return

1. Email info@whitechristmasco.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under ACL.
