How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 2-3 days within Perth metro, 3-6 days to capital cities, and 5-10 days to regional areas. Express is 1-2 days faster. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

When are the Christmas delivery cut-offs?

Cut-off dates are published each November on our Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs page. As a general guide, order by the first week of December for Standard, and by mid-December for Express — but always check the page for the current year's dates.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships we'll email you a tracking link from Australia Post.

What's your returns policy?

30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded free of charge, including return shipping. See Returns & Refunds.

Are your Christmas trees artificial?

Yes — all our Christmas trees are premium artificial trees designed to be reused year after year. With proper care and storage they'll last many Christmases.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently — we're working on it for Christmas 2026.

Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?

Yes, for interior designers, stylists, event planners, and commercial Christmas installations. Please email info@whitechristmasco.com with your ABN and project details for a tailored quote.

How do I choose the right tree size for my room?

See our Size Guide — we've included standard room dimensions to help you pick the right height.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can usually be changed or cancelled if they haven't yet been dispatched. Contact us at info@whitechristmasco.com ASAP with your order number.

How should I store my decorations after Christmas?

See our storage guide — proper storage doubles the lifespan of most pieces.

Do you have a physical store?

We're online-only, shipping from our Perth warehouse. This lets us keep prices keen and range wide.

Hello! We’re the White family behind The White Christmas Co. Mollie, Alex, and our favourite good boy, Archie.

Originally from England, we’ve experienced two very different kinds of Christmas: the cozy, snowy winter celebrations and the sunny, summer Christmases here in Australia. Our vision with The White Christmas Co. is to bring a little extra magic to Aussie homes with unique, high-quality Christmas decorations that you won’t find in local stores, including custom-made pieces designed to shine in the summer heat.
